Wonderful, fantastic location in the nice quiet area. Easy to find, near a train station. Brand-new double room with good internet connection, air condition, as for instance. A good choice of fab food.

Large beds, central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini bar fridge in the room. Clean private bathroom. Favourable location near to many Rome attractions on foot or by public transport, in the nice safe area.

It's an old building (small elevator), but the B&B is new and clean. Beds are great (Ikea), bathroom is nice and clean. Breakfast is Italian (sweet) but you can get enough to eat. Airco, tv and wi-fi available and working. Mario the manager is very helpfull and friendly. Location is near the busstation and the Metro Republica. Restaurants and stores nearby. There is a lot of noise (but that everywhere in Rome), but with the windows close you don't hear much of it. We where there when it was very hot, and we wouldn't have made it through when this hotel wasn't so comfy. Great place!!

Room is very clean as the picture displayed and the owner,Mario is absolutely helpful. He provided a lot of practical information about our trips. It was really beneficial for us. In addition, the breakfast is fresh and satisfied. Location is also good. The b&b is near subway around 5 mins walk. Walking to train station with large luggages like us would cost 15-20 mins, however, without luggages, it would only cost 10- 12 mins. The tourist points such as Piazza di Spagna is around 8-10 mins walking distance. There are 3-4 restaurants around here. The chain supermarket called spar takes around 5 mins walk. All in all, the location is good and the b&b is really valuable. Mario is definitely nice. It was strongly recommended to stay in Bed & Breakfast Agli Horti Sallustiani. If we come back to Rome, it was our first priority to stay.
It was suggested to provide the credit card equiptment which would be better for backpackers

Clean, Good location, Value for money, Owner made us very welcome.
There was no maid service for tidying bedroom etc. We had to have a set of keys for a couple of doors. Lift was tiny

We had a really enjoyable stay during our magnificent Rome vacation. the personnel was affable and outstandingly accommodating, and the owner too. the venue was set in a very central position, a short walk to a quiet neighborhood with local people as well as Termini Station itself.
