Great location, close to all attractions and local restaurants/metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, with high ceilings that made it feel spacious. The bed was large and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The host, Mario, was incredibly kind and helpful, greeting us every morning and ensuring everything was ok. He provided a delicious breakfast and gave us a city map with highlighted routes to all the places we wanted to visit. The free Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.
The shower was a little mediocre and there were some marks on the wall, but they didn't affect our overall experience or stay at all.

The hotel had a lovely decor with beautiful paintings and comfortable furniture, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for senior guests like me. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent, with easy access to the elevator and spacious hallways, making it convenient for us elderly travelers to move around comfortably.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing additional amenities for senior guests. Perhaps some extra help with carrying luggage or offering assistance with mobility would have made our vacation even better.
